Course Overview:

Whether a couple, or a group, come for an enjoyable introduction to fused glass.  You will be guided through a brief history of glass, learn how to cut glass, and have the opportunity to be creative as you assemble your glass pieces in a relaxed and fun setting.  Each person can choose to make a 10” plate or four 4” coasters.

Course Overview:

Bring your friends for a fun filled two hour class where each participant will make two tempered glass bowls.  No glass cutting experience needed.  Choose from a variety of colours to make your own one of a kind pieces.

Course Overview:

Learn a variety of ways to work with glass that is then fused (melted) in a kiln.  We will work from basic techniques such as how to cut glass, to more specialized approaches, such as strip cut pieces, crackle technique, pot melts, use of micas and enamels, pattern bars, fusing schedules, and much more.  Ideal for someone who would like to explore if this is a medium that they would like to work with in the future, or who simply finds glass seductive and inviting, and wants to learn more.

$25/hour plus materials.
